Cortexley.com
A static-export Next.js 16 marketing site built entirely in-house — App Router, custom animation system, structured data, and a PHP lead-capture API — shipped in under six weeks.

Cortexley needed a marketing site that could demonstrate the agency's own engineering standards: performant, SEO-complete, and built on the same stack we recommend to clients — not a template or a site builder. It also needed to work on Hostinger's shared hosting without a Node runtime, which ruled out standard Next.js server deployments.
Approach
We built the site on Next.js 16 App Router with full static export (`output: 'export'`), so every page is pre-rendered HTML with no server dependency. The animation system uses Framer Motion with intersection-observer-driven reveals. Structured data covers Organization, WebSite, Service, FAQPage, Article, BreadcrumbList, and ContactPage schemas. Lead capture uses a standalone PHP API endpoint deployed alongside the static files — EmailJS handles client-side fallback. The entire codebase is TypeScript with Tailwind CSS and a custom design system.
Result
Shipped in under six weeks from first commit to live domain. Lighthouse performance score 97+, perfect structured data validation in Google's Rich Results Test, and a lead-capture system that works on shared hosting with no Node runtime. The site now ranks for custom web development queries and serves as a live proof-of-work for every service Cortexley offers.
