Challenge
A multi-branch lighting and home décor retailer was running on disconnected spreadsheets and a legacy POS that couldn't handle variant-heavy inventory (finish, wattage, size) or cross-branch stock visibility.
Approach
We built a custom POS covering variant-level inventory, cross-branch transfers, supplier purchase orders, and a simplified checkout flow designed for in-store staff with minimal training.
Result
Unified inventory visibility across branches, faster checkout during peak hours, and a reporting layer that gives ownership real-time sales data per location.
